High School Senior Photographer Medina County - Wadsworth OH

FEBRUARY 2015

So who says high school seniors can only do their sessions in the summer or fall?  This session was a bit chilly outside, I'll admit.  However, it was beautiful, and I was so happy we had the sun joining us for this session.  I think snow pictures are some of my favorite.  We started Rebecca's session at the studio and we did a few outfits, and we ended it outside with two more outfits.  I'll have to say, she rocked the whole session, and I'm looking forward to doing some more senior sessions hopefully soon.  I just love working with these seniors.

Northeast Ohio Engagement and Wedding Photographer - Airplane Winter Engagement Session

I couldn't wait to do this session.  It was fun going somewhere different to shoot pictures, and going to an airport and shooting by a plane definitely fell into the category of different.  Josiah is in the air force, so what better way to capture his engagement photos then in front of a plane.  I have to say when I showed up for this session the sun was so bright, and when I was standing shooting towards the sun, with the open land behind me and with the snow, it was shooting some crazy light into my lens.  I have to say, I saw some things happening in my settings, that I have never seen before.  Luckily, I knew how to make the proper adjustments, otherwise this session could of been a disaster.  I don't think I have ever complained about getting to much light, but that is what was happening this day!  Regardless, the photos turned out and I love the feel that I captured in these photos.  I can't wait for Josiah and Sarah's wedding.  These two have an amazing story, and they are a great couple.  I'm sure their wedding day will be perfect.

February 2014
So this winter, has been the worse winter, that I have ever experienced, and yet I have been outdoor with more sessions this winter then ever!  To funny.  I have to admit, unless it is below 20 degrees, being outdoors for a photo shoot in the winter doesn't bother me.  I think the snow adds such a beautiful element to a session, and in this case we truly were blessed with a fresh coating of snow the morning of the session.  The day before this session, when we were originally going to shoot it, it was nothing but rain, and all the snow melted away, and then later on it turned into snow, and by the afternoon on the next day it was beautiful again!  I guess it's true in Ohio "if you don't like the weather, stick around for a bit and it will change"!
